11 KV 4600 KW AC Motor

Hi all ! 

We are looking for exact replacement motors for our existing 11 KV, 4600 KW, AC SCR Induction Motors.(IEC Standard)

Are such motors built to standard frame sizes or are custom built such that the dimensions will differ from manufacturer to manufacturer?

Do we need to buy replacement motors only from the Original Motor Manufacturer ?

Any clues?

 

I think you can buy from different manufacturers.  Given the size of the motor I would speak with the manufacturer(s) you intend to use and get their opinion.
