NEC article 392 provides the guideline for Cable tray sizing. Is there any equivalent IEC standard for sizing a Cable Tray for European projects?
I may be wrong, but I don't think there is a standard. Last time I sized tray I used the manufacturers technical information (trays cables) to ensure the tray was sufficient in space and could support the weight of the cables.
Someone will correct me if I am wrong.
